      Link drive straight side press : CDCL series (1100-1650 Ton)
        This type is generally used for transferring presses which widely used in automotive industry. The mechanism consists of an auxiliary upper arm that is supported on the connecting rod and a lower rod that provides more movement to the connecting rod. There is linear speed. It can be manufactured up to 1000 mm stroke. This type of machine is used in automotive industry and in the field which needs high forming capacity.
        The stroke distance that can be taken from the eccentricity required by the nature of the mechanism is increased to allow higher stroke distances.
        Characteristic position-time curves are optimized for the work to be done, especially in the production of parts suitable for deep drawing and transfer presses are used.
        Ram slows down while approaching to the lower dead point and wait there for a while like Modified Knuckle Joint mechanism.
        Link Drive Mechanic presses have a longer run time than eccentric presses in the same job speed and faster turn around which prevents rupture or tearing of the part at low speed when the ram approaches to the piece.
        The ram speed slows down as it approaches to the part and it works with a constant speed at work and comes back fast. In other words, the press can form like a hydraulic press and work as fast as an eccentric press. Speed can be increased compared to hydraulic presses.
        In addition to the advantages of link drive presses and knuckle joint presses, it enables to produce parts with especially suitable for deep drawing with high stroke values and also allows to work integrated with transfer system in transfer molds which are widely used in automotive.
